Company: ARS/Rescue Rooter

ARS-Rescue Rooter is searching for a Warehouse Associate!  The Warehouse associate coordinates shipping, receiving and stocking of materials and stages materials and equipment for technicians. Supports good customer relations and assists installation/service crews by organizing and pulling materials.  This person will also be computer literate, processing returns and rebates, and data entry as needed.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

♦ Ensures that appropriate materials are pulled and organized for scheduled jobs.
♦ Prepares equipment and materials for transport to job sites and staging for technicians.
♦ Stocks service vehicles, as instructed, to ensure that required parts remain on-hand.
♦ Coordinates and/or performs delivery of materials to the job site which may involve picking up parts for delivery.
♦ Inspects and signs out parts and equipment to technicians, ensuring that technicians maintain appropriate equipment to properly perform required tasks.
♦ Ensures that appropriate materials are pulled and organized for scheduled jobs.
♦ Receives incoming shipments, checking the purchase order against invoice with actual shipment for completeness and accuracy before distribution or placement in appropriate warehouse location.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

♦ A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is required.
♦ 3+ Years of Warehouse experience is required.
♦ Strong written and verbal communication skills
♦ A valid state driver’s license and clean driving record is required.

♦ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word proficiency.
♦ Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
