Position details:

The candidate selected for this position will serve as a Territory Supervisor, helping oversee multiple Sales Support Associates. This position will work closely with all designated retail stores, retail store associates, company field Sales Support Associates, and retail store managers under direction from the company’s Program Sales Manager to drive growth and profitability in designated territories. In addition, a Territory Supervisor will help the Program Sales Manager to implement product knowledge (PK) training, promotional awareness, exceptional customer service to increase sales, service, and company success in exceeding branch budget. Other responsibilities include and are not limited to participation in hiring initiatives, development of indirect reports (SSA’s), implementation of monthly training schedules (observed weaknesses, best practices, etc.), scheduling appointments, and end cap maintenance (end-cap closet; cleaning materials), and personal presentation items (PPI’s) i.e., pen’s, candies, brochures, etc. available.

Qualifications:

Meet or exceed established productivity goals

Provide accurate product information to the customer

Other job duties as assigned by Program Sales Manager Work with store associates (as applicable) and management to maintain a positive working partnership

Sustain/Maintain proactive communication with store staff and Program Sales

Manager to ensure program success (text, call, email)

Strong presentation and selling skills  Thrive on delivering results, love to see your name on the leader board for your achievements

Good verbal and written communication skills with focus on flexibility of style to reach multiple audiences
