The Smart Home Sales Specialist exhibits a pleasant demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.  The bright, assertive professional we select will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.  This person understands consumer demands for smart and connected products. To be successful, this role requires self-motivation, influencing/presentation skills and a passion for cutting edge technology. As a Smart Home Sales Specialist, you’ll work closely with field leaders to identify potential customers, provide customized Smart Home solutions and integrate products & applications for a complete customer experience. 

  • Perform in-home evaluations and customize Smart Home solutions for every customer’s home and budget.
  • Maintain up-to-date product expertise in an industry that is constantly evolving.
  • Utilize ARS customer base to self-generate Smart Home consultation appointments
  • Install Smart products and help customers integrate & navigate their Smart products for a seamless consumer experience.
  • Work closely with ARS field leaders to design and implement sales promotions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Generate unique sales approaches to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Act as the ‘Smart Home Expert’ for existing ARS field leaders and employees.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with applicable experience desired. Any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Previous in-home sales or consultative experience is strongly desired.
