ARS of Houston is seeking a Full-time Sales Support Coordinator to join our team!

 Duties: (include but are not limited to the following)

A sale support coordinator is needed in our Houston office.  This is a Full-time position that includes working evenings, weekends and overtime as required due to demand.

The right candidate must be relentless on the phone and able to handle 150+ inbound and outbound calls per day.  They also must be extremely proficient in the use of multiple IT systems at the same time on multiple screens.  The Sales Support Coordinator will be taking inbound calls to book hot leads as well as making outbound calls to book and/or reschedule additional appointments.  The goal of this position is to assist in ensuring we have enough daily appointments for a staff of up to 12 sales representatives. 

Job Requirements

 Qualifications: (include but are not limited to the following)

The right person will have customer service, computer, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.  Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus but not required. 

All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, MVR and employment background checks.
