ARS/Rescue Rooter is Hiring a Sales/Retail Program Manager.  We have partnered with the largest home improvement retailer to provide their customers with excellent HVAC equipment sales and service! 

As a Sales/Retail Program Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Motivating your sales team to achieve company goals.
  • Hiring, training and scheduling your team throughout retail locations within our Jacksonville territory.
  • Traveling between retail locations in the Jacksonville area to motivate, continuously train, and role play with your team members
  • Ensuring company success by obtaining daily/weekly specified lead goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

With your team of Sales Support Associates (SSAs):

  • Manage hourly/daily SSA performance, schedules and activities to achieve branch goals.

  •  Hold weekly SSA meetings to inform, educate, and motivate individual team members.

  • Provide individual and team progress updates vs. goals.

  • Role play with SSAs to improve customer approach, objection handling and lead setting skills.

  • Provide training on technical issues affecting the HD program (seasonal changes, IAQ materials, HVAC equipment, etc.).

  • Provide notice of upcoming store events (pre-planned calendar), changes in signage, promotional dates, HD credit variations, etc.

  • Create competitive atmosphere between SSAs with internal contests for leads or challenges to a neighboring branch such as a “race” to a pre-determined goal, etc.

  • Spend 60-65% of time in the field with SSAs and HD Store Management.

     

    With your Home Depot retail locations (HD):

  • Meet and / or exceed all ARS/Florida Home established departmental business performance standards for lead generation, SSA staffing, and leads run.

  • Develop and maintain positive, direct, working relationships with HD store personnel and HD area management.

  • Meet with HD store managers and/or Home Services team members to provide performance updates and notify of schedule or staffing changes.

  • Inspect HD store displays for compliance to current signage requirements / changes.

  • Schedule and implement planned store “events”, being sure to involve Store Management.

Product Knowledge (PK) training sessions conducted with HD Store Associates and HD Department Heads in each

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have two years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Must have prior experience in Retail Sales Management and/or applicable management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills are required.
  • Must have two years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • The ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision is also required. 

    Must be able to successfully pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
