This position will be responsible for communicating continually throughout the day with our Salespeople, follow up on quotes given and communicate with customers; process sales and paperwork.  The ideal candidate should be very organized, be able to work in a fast pace environment while multi-tasking and have the ability to prioritize tasks as they come in. This position will be the link from our sales people to the office and from the office to our customers. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.

Must have experience with Excel and Outlook.


  • Receives sales calls from existing customers and potential customers and provides product information, pricing and product availability.
  • Generate leads from qualified lists.
  • Provide leads from various sources and assign to sales/comfort adviser
  • Enter customer data in the computer software
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule/confirm appointments, as well as generate leads
  • Verify legitimacy, accuracy, and quality of leads through verification process.
  • Provides information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for Company products and services.
  • Receives/creates sales leads and referrals, provides customer assistance and refers calls to appropriate outside sales representative.
  • Prepares sales reports, updates lead database and performs administrative support within the office.


Job Requirements

Hours of Work: 8:00 – 5:00 , however  must be flexible on schedule based on business needs. Overtime maybe required as well.


A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and 1-3 years of general office or sales experience within the technical service industry required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Knowledge of Company services and good communications skills are required. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. This job requires the ability to use a calculator, create and interpret spreadsheets and operate general office machines.
