Columbus Worthington Air, a Nationwide company that provides exceptional heating, air conditioning services to homes and businesses is looking for a Lead Coordinator to support our sales and retail departments in providing excellent service to our customers! Our coordinator will work directly with the Home Depot leads generated by our sales consultants.

Essential Duties:

  • Making outbound calls to customers to confirm and schedule appointments.
  • Providing information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for company products and services.
  • Processing sales orders from incoming calls as well as orders generated from outside sales representatives.
  • Routing sales leads and referrals calls to appropriate outside sales or service representative.
  • Preparing sales reports, updating lead database and performing administrative support within the office.
  • Scheduling sales or service appointments based on the lead details.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma, or GED Equivalent
  • 1-3 Years of customer service, telemarketing, or phone sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work holidays 
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening
