Job Description Summary:

Responsible for communicating continually throughout the day with our sales professionals, customers, management, technicians, and in-store sales associates. Following up on quotes, processing sales and paperwork, and making outbound calls The ideal candidate should be very organized, be able to work in a fast pace environment while multi-tasking and have the ability to prioritize tasks as they come in. This position is the link from our sales professionals to the office and from the office to our customers. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must. This position will consist of 75% outbound calls.

Duties may include, but not limited to the following:

  • 150+ inbound and outbound calls per day
  • Receive sales leads and referrals from service techs as well as generate leads by reviewing tech work orders.
  • Ensure we have enough daily appointments for a staff of up to 9 Comfort Advisors. 
  • Represent the company as the internal selling agent of products and services by providing first contact with potential and current customers.
  • Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments to assist in achieving established objectives.
  • Prepare sales reports, Home Depot reports, update lead database, and perform administrative support within the office.
  • Coordinate all Home Depot leads through ICON from first appointment to final disposition.
  • Verify legitimacy, accuracy, and quality of leads through verification process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required Credentials:

  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work Saturdays and overtime.
  • At least (1) year of inside sales experience 
  • At least (1) year of Customer Service experience
  • Highly proficient record keeping and communication skills
  • Ability to make 80-100 calls per day
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • Must have positive attitude.
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Must pass background and drug screen
