ARS-Rescue Rooter® is seeking experienced sales associates to join our growing team. In this role you will be representing ARS generating sales and service appointments while working inside one of the largest Home Improvement retail stores in America in a location near you.

Job Description:
The Retail Sales Representative will generate sales leads and set appointments with retail customers.
The ideal candidate will have some sales and marketing or related work experience, excellent communication and people skills, enthusiasm with approaching customers, and a strong work ethic. - Solicits potential customers regarding heating and cooling products and services
- Provides information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for
- Company products and services
- Accurately and timely processes lead sheets and all other appropriate paperwork as required
- Communicates with Sales Representative and/or General Manager daily regarding leads generated
- Attends all training programs as required
- Effectively communicates with potential customers utilizing superior communication skills and customer relation skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties
Job Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Willing to undergo Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment drug screening process
- Must have some retail or sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills are required
- The ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision is also required
- Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
