The DMV Region is looking for a team player and leader in Human Resources to drive the human capital piece of our business.  

POSITION SUMMARY: Development, planning, and execution of human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. Collects, analyzes, and interprets human resources data to advise and coach service center management teams.


  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Coaching and mentoring at management level
  • Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
  • A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
  • Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Investigates incidents and determines and recommends appropriate employee relations actions to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.
  • Identifies legal risks and ensures government reporting for EEO, ERISA and Wage & Hour regulations.
  • Communicates and implements policies and procedures that meet the needs of the Company and comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Works closely with Division Vice President on succession planning issues to identify internal strengths for filling key openings in the service center. Provides feedback regarding employees’ potential for promotion based on personal interaction, performance reviews and conversations with employees at all levels.
  • Provides training to employees for benefits enrollments, sexual harassment avoidance, customer service and related issues.
  • Analyzes turnover and compensation data for corporate reporting.



Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources Management and/or related discipline
  • 8+ Years of multi-location Human Resources management is required
  • Service Industry experience considered a PLUS!
  • Knowledge of State and Federal labor laws is required
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interface across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to travel out of state and locally
