Program Coordinator

(Rock Hill, SC )

Full-Time Opportunities

This friendly professional will provide the following services:


  • Assists in hiring, training, and coaching SSA’s (including in-store training/coaching)
  • Track and calculate commissions & KPI’s (daily)
  • Email sold leads to HD/ARS contacts
  • Update and call confirmation call list
  • Assist SSA’s with scheduling appointments, add dispatches to ESC
  • Update lead status for all HD leads/tune-ups in MyHDLeads system
  • Assist with SSA meetings, print all reports/paperwork needed
  • Prepare training materials for new hires
  • Monitor SSA dashboard for conversations/attendance
  • Send emails daily at 12, 2, and 4 pm
  • Fill in on meetings if Program Manager is out of office/PTO
  • Weekend Dispatching of Sales Team
  • Other Duties as Determined by Manager

Job Requirements

Required Credentials:

 Adept listening & asking skills

Responsive, Responsible, Timely & Accurate

Positive attitude and high emotional management

Must be able to multi-task

Computer knowledge a must 

Problem-solving management

High knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft office products

Hours for this position will be Wednesday-Sunday, 36-40 hours per week.

Preferred Credentials:

  • Service-industry experience.
  • Call-center or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
