Plumbing Dispatch Supervisor- Raleigh NC

Hours of Work: 7 am To 4 pm Monday – Friday & rotating on-call dispatch coverage after hours


Oversee daily dispatch functions including but not limited to: 

  • Supervision of dispatchers
  • Assigning, dispatching, coding out techs as needed
  • Schedule calls/ talking to customers
  • Maximizing/ tracking field productivity/labor
  • Commercial administrative assistance
  • Other administrative functions as assigned by the manager

Job Requirements


A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and 3-5  years of supervisory experience - dispatch exp is a plus. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must be able to use general office machines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
