POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide administrative support to Human Resources by maintaining records and information discretely and confidentially. Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, reliable and possess excellent communication skills.  Must be a self-starter and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Good organizational skills with an ability to manage workload and prioritize in order to meet deadlines, and respond to changing priorities.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, high level of accuracy, and strong attention to details.
  • Collate and process accurate preparation of weekly time sheets and other documents, as required.
  • Filing HR documents.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with employees and Management Team.
  • Assist with employment related documents and data.
  • Assist with employees surveys.
  • Assist with new hire orientation.
  • Other duties as required.

 


 

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

A High School diploma or GED equivalent.  Bi-Lingual a Plus.  Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail and Internet).  Must be able to use general office machines.
