Office Administrator 

ARS/Rescue Rooter of Lafayette

Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for offering support services at our branch in Columbia. This individual must be able to multi-task and be able to work in a very fast paced environment.

  • Responsible for scheduling appointments.
  • Inbound and outbound calling.
  • Gathering lead information from website.
  • Putting all information into computer system.
  • Responsible for with billing and filing.

Required Credentials:

  • A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
  • Must be dependable and have a great attitude as well.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Process technical and professional competency, demonstrated by work that is timely, accurate, organized, and clearly articulated with attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency with desktop computers and software applications. Intermediate level skill using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • A valid state driver’s license is required.
  • A mind that is open to new ideas, methods, and perspectives.
