Inside Sales Representative

Itasca, IL Call Center

7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Saturday with a weekday off)

This friendly professional will be calling customers for a second attempt to schedule a call.  This may be through reaching out to customers that did not book during the first call with a CSR due to price and/or scheduling or through reaching out to missed calls from potential customers.  This employee will be empowered to make schedule adjustments, price adjustments for diagnostic fees in order to best service the customer. Responsible for responding to online and chat leads for 5 of ARS/Rescue Rooter's branches. 

Job Requirements

Required Credentials:

  • 2+ years of telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
  • Receptivity to continual coaching and feedback designed to help you succeed.
  • Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.

Preferred Credentials:

  • Call-center or customer service experience.
  • Weekend availability
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
