Work in a lively call center environment calling on potential Smart Home customers in the Chicagoland area!

This motivated, self-starter will be sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling. This person will work with potential Smart Home customers to develop leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. Additionally, the Inside Sales Specialist will be following up on qualified leads that come through our Home Depot partnership to ensure strong customer service and a seamless sales process.


Job Requirements

Required Credentials:

  • 1+ years of inside sales or telesales experience is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong degree of self-motivation and persistence to provide exceptional customer service and “close” scheduled appointments.
  • Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
  • Receptivity to continual coaching and feedback designed to help you succeed.
  • Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.

Preferred Credentials:

  • Service-industry experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
