ARS/Atlas Trillo, providing heating and cooling expertise to California for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead Coordinator that is ready to jump in and make an immediate impact.

Job Description Summary:

The ideal candidate should be very organized, be able to work in a fast pace environment while multi-tasking. You will be responsible for communicating throughout the day with our Sales Reps, follow up on quotes given and communicate with customers. Process all sales and paperwork.  Serve as the link from our Sales Pros to the office, and from the office to our customers. Strong communication and customer service skills are a MUST.  This position will consist of 75% outbound calls.

 Schedule Requirements:

  • Part Time Opening - Must be available Evenings and Weekends

 Salary:

  • $15 - $17 per hour base rate, paid weekly
  • Additional commission incentives based on performance.

 Duties may include, but not limited to the following:

  • Represent the company as the internal selling agent of products and services by providing the first contact with potential and current customers.
  • Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments to assist in achieving established objectives.
  • Utilize expertise of service center staff to assist in business development, job costing and preparation of proposals.
  • Prepare sales reports, update the lead database, and perform administrative support within the office.
  • Reschedule cancelled installation appointments.
  • Coordinate all leads through 'Siebel' from the first appointment to payment.
  • Verify legitimacy, accuracy, and quality of leads through the verification process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • MUST be fluent, written and spoken, in English
  • Experience in Customer Service is preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to demonstrate organizational and follow-up skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be available with above outlined schedule (M-F 2pm-8pm)
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
