If you’re a hardworking, dedicated HVAC Service Technician, we welcome your application to join our team of motivated and caring professionals. 

As one of ARS/RighTime’s HVAC Service Technicians, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team demonstrating your unique technical competency and abilities. You will diagnose and repair air conditioning cooling systems and help customers to make informed and confident buying decisions. 


Complete all general HVAC in-home, service calls. 

Know how to establish customer rapport to present the right products and services. 

Ask the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot cooling and duct system malfunctions. 

Educate and assist customers in choosing the best solutions and maintenance plans. 

Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or under-performing systems. 

Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for meeting and exceeding revenue goals. 

Present yourself as professional and use your knowledgeable to gain new referrals and repeat business. 

Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the company. 

Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. 

Participate actively in all educational training, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats. 

Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. 

Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets. 


3-5 years experience working for a licensed HVAC contractor. 

Strong knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job decisions. 

Proven track record of working HVAC systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read wiring schematics and other diagrams. 

Clean, safe driving record. 

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities, with strong verbal and written communications. 

Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude on life.

Job Requirements

The qualified candidate will have:

-A minimum of three years experience in residential HVAC services.
-A high school diploma or GED.
-EPA Certificate.
-Valid driver’s license and good communications skills.
-Requires the ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc.
-Must be able to use body members to work, move, and lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds to include ductwork, furnaces or materials.
