ARS Rescue Rooter is looking to hire a Sales Manager for our AOR department (HVAC.)

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and goal oriented with experience as a Sales Manager to join our Dallas Team!

Create, monitor, evaluate and implement strategies to maintain and improve the Company’s sales volume and penetration in the Dallas market. This position is responsible for sales volume, expense control, market share and achievement of sales goals.

You must not only be self-motivated but possess the ability to motivate others and not be afraid to lead a team by example. Strong organizational skills a must and experience planning promotional events a plus.

  • Develops sales and marketing plans by preparing objectives, strategies, and profit and loss projections. 
  • Assures the successful launch of new segments and new channels by assuming responsibility for planning, promoting and introduction. Resolves channel conflicts. 
  • Assists in the preparation of Service Center annual budgets to support the sales and marketing functions related Insulation Department. 
  • Evaluate competitors’ services, determining market share and market trends and informs others by maintaining and distributing competitive comparisons and evaluations. 
  • Monitors and tracks sales statistics and performance. Develops and implements sales process improvement initiatives. 
  • Assists management planning by contributing performance data through written reports and presentations.
  • Develops a knowledgeable sales force in service lines by conducting and overseeing technical and business related in-house training. 
  • Analyzes sales incentive programs and provides direction for modification, as needed. 
  • Assists in marketing services by arranging for and participating in key exhibits, speciality shows, and field sales calls. 
  • Facilitates coordination of sales activity by acting as liaison to other departments and functions.

Job Requirements

A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required with 6-8 years of experience in HVAC service. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. A working knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbing and air flow are required. Journeyman licensure is desired. A valid driver’s license is required. Must possess a working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards. Strong supervisory, communications, computer and mathematical skills are required.
