ARS/Rescue Rooter, Aspen Air Conditioning, is a nationwide leading HVAC company.  We are conducting a professional search for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Safety Manager with prior HVAC experience.  

The Safety Manager provides risk analysis and safety support to two Service Centers by implementing and managing various programs that preserve and protect the assets of installation and service workforce, fleet vehicles and buildings against loss.

Our Safety Manager will be based out of and travel frequently between two locations; Miami, FL branch and Boca Raton, FL branch locations. 

Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in the HVAC or Plumbing Trade with a HVAC certification/EPA certification.  If you are a HVAC field supervisor, inspector, instructor, etc. and want to move up into management,  we want to meet with you! 


  • Provides for the safety and security of the workplace.
  • Implements and monitors safety and environmental programs of the Company.
  • Monitors and investigates conditions and loss experience to identify risks or exposure to the Company and/or its employees and third parties.
  • Provides training to employees on safety policies, hazard identification, elimination and avoidance.
  • Travels to job sites/customers homes to perform inspections of recently installed HVAC equipment.
  • Conducts job site visits to recently serviced equipment to check the effectiveness of safety policies.
  • Reviews employee complaints and suggestions related to safety for input on conditions at the service center level.
  • Reviews, coaches and promotes the maintenance of a safe, accident-free and healthy work environment.
  • Provides safety reports and feedback on employee performance based on safety records.
  • Works with the Divisional Safety Manager to implement Service Center safety policies.
  • Manages and oversees the process of filing insurance claims and conducting accident investigations to ensure that reporting requirements are met and claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Acts as liaison with insurance carriers and claims managers to promote understanding between parties of the claims compensation process.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Fluent English/Spanish Required. HVAC Certification and EPA highly preferred.  Working knowledge on all Florida Codes and experience with HVAC parts required. Bachelors Degree preferred, any equivalent combination of education and experience in HVAC Field may be substituted.  Safety certification is preferred. Knowledge of OSHA compliance, fleet safety, fire safety, labor law and employee relations is trainable. Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.  Must be able to create and interpret spreadsheets and operate general office machines. Strong communication and training delivery skills are required. A valid driver’s license is required.
