As a HVAC Lead Installer with ARS/Rescue Rooter you will apply your technical skills and knowledge to remove pre-existing residential 1-5 ton AC systems and replace with new, providing our new and existing customers with excellent service. You will work with the assistance of a Helper and assist in building their skills and knowledge of Residential Install.
Job Requirements
What You Need to Succeed and Grow with the Pros:
- Prior experience as a Installation Tech in Residential HVAC
- EPA Certificate (Type Two or Universal)
- Valid driver's license
- The ability to regularly move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, including ductwork, furnaces, and related materials.
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
