Responsibilities: Exhibiting a pleasant demeanor and exceptional customer service skills, the bright, assertive professional we select will act as a HVAC service field supervisor for new and existing residential customers. This dependable self-starter will assist our Residential Service Manager with training current and future service technicians, assist residential dispatch on dispatching for profitability, and meeting with current and potential customers to evaluate their needs and present options for repair or replacement HVAC systems as well as maintenance contracts. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Biding and scheduling repairs
  • Preparing materials ahead of time on service repairs and maintenance calls
  • Handling customer issues quickly to maintain top notch customer service
  • Handling calls from technicians for technical advice

Job Requirements

  • Five or more years of proven success in the field as a residential service technician.
  • Minimum of three years as a Manager
  • EPA
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to handle most technical issues and being able to resolve them over the phone, or in the field.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A mind that is open to new ideas, methods, and perspectives.

  • Licensed Professional
