Is seeking an HR/Payroll Professional to provide support to employees in our Irving,TX Service Center

The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years HR/Payroll Processing experience in a mid-size office setting, have an awesome attitude and have the ability to multi task in a face pace work environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

"PROCESS" and "KEY" weekly payroll, plan, direct, and coordinate human resources functions. Additional include but are not limited too: recruitment, administering personnel and regulatory compliance policies. Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting contracts and helping to resolve work-related employee relations issues at the service center level.

Additional task include but, are not limited too: recruitment, administering personnel functions and regulatory compliance tracking.

♦ Provides current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.

♦ Ensures accurate documentation of personnel changes and additions to employee files. Reports incidents and coordinates with the Division Regional Human Resources Director.

♦ Maintain HR and Payroll data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.. Identifies legal risks and ensures government reporting for EEO, ERISA and Wage & Hour regulations.

♦ Manages all facets of the staffing process including the administration of pre-employment testing, as well as conducting interviews and reference checks on potential candidates.

♦ Plans and conducts new employee orientation to inform and foster a positive attitude toward Company objectives.

♦ Communicates and implements policies and procedures that meet the needs of the Company and comply with regulatory guidelines...

♦ Performs benefit and payroll problem resolution.

♦ Analyzes turn over and compensation data for corporate reporting.

♦ Maintains employee confidentiality and responds to requests for information

 

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus 3-5 years of human resources, payroll experience is required. Related education and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. 
  • Ultipro experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor laws required. 
  • Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, strong interpersonal and communications skills are required.
