POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for developing graphical designs to support the company’s efforts in all mediums. The position supports the marketing team, as well as additional projects designed to support company-wide initiatives.  Communicates effectively, professionally and in a timely manner with management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suites in a Mac-based business setting.
  • Ability to handle daily quick-turn projects as well complex and sophisticated multi-location projects with an eye toward process improvements.
  • Create and produce accurate high-quality work, proofread results, and deliver on time to meet project needs for various output medium requirements.
  • Prioritize projects, effectively apply time management skills, and work closely with others on departmental projects.
  • Conceptualize and develop designs to express the brand voice and messaging targeted to the specific audience for the project and ready for production.
  • Develop graphics, images, logos and other assets to support marketing efforts of multiple brands.
  • Strong ability to estimate the time required to complete the work, providing timelines, and updates for deliverables to manager or project lead.
  • Aptitude to work constructively in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Job Requirements



MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. A bachelor’s degree in graphics design is preferred, along with 2 – 3 years graphic design experience in a business setting. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Must have good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work under limited supervision. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Applicant must demonstrate project management skills including deadlines, effective communications, and problem solving skills.
