EAS – RADIANT BARRIER INSULATION INSTALLERS NEEDED ASAP!

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will maintain responsibility for the accurate and professional installation of all energy efficiency products.  The Installation Technician will maintain a working knowledge of all departmental policies and procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service goals.  All technicians will be accountable to keep installation appointment times, receive and review customer sign offs, and record accurately inventory installed on a per job basis.  Installers must formulate the ability to perform on site troubleshooting and basic maintenance for all EAS equipment.  The EAS installation department shares a common single goal of establishing and maintaining the most professional installation crew in the business, and the installation technician will act in accordance with that goal.

Job Requirements

  • Blow in fiberglass insulation.
  • Spray radiant barrier.
  • Install solar powered vents on roofs (up to a 2 story building).
  • Seal duct lines and units.
  • Maintain good housekeeping upon arrival thru completion of job.
  • Learn and perform maintenance on paint rig when issues occur.
  • Ensure paperwork and payments are thoroughly completed after job.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

High School diploma, or GED equivalent. Prior work experience is desired. Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication skills are required. The ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision.
