Position Summary:

Provides comprehensive Human Resources support and guidance to operations leaders of AJ Perri, an American Residential Services company.  Ensures all HR functions are performed in a legal, ethical and timely manner. Develops, implements and monitors HR programs and policies in support and furtherance of business objectives.   In partnership with operations leadership and HR team, proactively identifies short and long term strategies to positively impact employee relations, retention and the identification and development of future leaders. Directly leads recruiting efforts to ensure staffing objectives are met across the division. Continually works to identify ways to support the business for bottom-line division improvement.

 Job Functions:     

  • Develops, implements, and monitors human resource functions, policies, and programs for the AJ Perri Division in New Jersey.
  • Provides direct support to operations management and branch human resources managers/contacts in areas of employee relations, training, organizational development, compensation and benefits as well as safety.
  • Leads Talent Acquisition efforts and recruiters to ensure optimal staffing levels are met to support business objectives.
  • Responsible for employment related investigations as well as recommendations for outcomes.
  • Responsible supporting initiatives to drive positive employee’s relations across the Division.
  • Works closely with Division Ops leadership to support Talent Management to identify and develop internal leaders to support future business growth.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in human resources related discipline strongly desired.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive human resources generalist experience with emphasis on employee relations, talent acquisition and talent management required.
  • PHR, SPHR preferred.
