The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for building relationships with the Better Business Bureau, and our alliance partners to ensure that customer complaints are handled, addressed, and resolved in a timely and successful manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages customer complaints received via the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Customer Care e-mail, and We Care email
  • Facilitates resolution and/or removal of BBB complaints by working in tandem with local Service Centers
  • Generates year to date BBB resports, analyzes, and makes recommendations based on data trends
  • Oversees payment for BBB accreditations
  • Resolves alliance partner customer complaints by working with appropriate Service Center and customers
  • Facilitates weekly meetings with alliance partners
  • Daily communication with local Service Centers and alliance partner representatives to keep them informed as to the status of open complaints
  • Coaches and develops Customer Relations team members while assisting with customer complaints
  • Participates in training for Quality Assurance Managers and others regarding customer relations
  • Provides immediate support to General Managers and/or field staff when handling complaints

 

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma, or GED equivalent.
  • 4 – 6 years of customer service experience required. Related experience and/or advanced training or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be able to use general office machines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
