ARS/Rescue Rooter is a great place to work with steady year-round work and advancement opportunities. We are now hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our Houston call center.

Houston, Texas-Full Time Position

Must be willing to work evenings and weekend hours.

Competitive pay based on experience.

This friendly professional will answer customer calls within a busy high volume call-center environment, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system.

Respond timely to customer queries, this individual will take care of our customers’ needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.


Job Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • 3 – 5 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
  • Receptivity to continual coaching and feedback designed to help you succeed.
  • Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.

Preferred Credentials:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency, required.
  • Experience in a high volume Call-center environment.
