ARS Rescue Rooter of Austin, Texas is looking for a Team LEADER who is able to MOTIVATE, TRAIN AND LEAD a Plumbing Team to success! 

We seek a skilled Assistant Plumbing Service Manager to oversee the service, repair, and installation of residential and light commercial plumbing systems.

In this highly visible role, this individual will be responsible for driving service for our residential and light commercial Plumbing operations. The Assistant Plumbing Manager will routinely work directly with service and install technicians, dispatch personnel and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting departmental goals and objectives.

The Assistant Plumbing Manager will often communicate directly with customers, vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate communication of job or project status and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have technical plumbing experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of management experience
  • Must have managed a service team in the plumbing industry
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales objectives
  • Able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to a changing environment

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required as well as a minimum of four (3) years of plumbing training or completion of an approved apprentice program.

 

A valid driver’s license and good communications/human relations skills are required. Must possess a working knowledge of general industry standards and possess basic computer skills.
