Job Description

Company: ARS/Rescue Rooter

Job Description Summary:  Provides responsive and high quality receptionist services to promote positive first impressions to visitors, vendors and customers.  Provides telephone coverage, front office customer service and clerical support to the service center.

 Organizes and manages the process of all County and City Permits needed for HVAC Installations

Contacting and verifying address and submitting permit request to the proper town/city administrator.

Management of all Permit payments

Scheduling of Inspections after Install completions

 Added support to departments may include:

Research on installations and warranties

Ordering parts or equipment for Install and Service departments

Support office staff with receipt of incoming parts, filing, inbound and outbound calls

Assisting departments with ETA’s of parts which include updating the computer system
