POSITION SUMMARY: Performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties. Provides support to sales team by scheduling appointments and tracking sales on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Answers and screens incoming telephone calls and communicates with customers, vendors and internal personnel via telephone, email and written correspondence to answer inquiries and provide information.
  • Acts as administrative liaison between the Manager’s office and various executives to the employees of the Company, customers and all interested outside parties.
  • Acts in a lead and advisory capacity for administrative services. Follows proper procedures, processes and protocol.
  • Must have high attention to detail.
  • Maintains the Manager’s calendar and serves as receptionist for the department.
  • Participates in meetings and conference calls, as required, and maintains documentation of meeting or call content.
  • Performs record management by creating folders, filing information and updating records as needed.
  • Able to perform a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to outbound calling and incoming calls.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required.
  • An Associate’s degree in business administration or other administrative training is desired.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience required.
  • Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to use a calculator, create and interpret spreadsheets and operate general office machines.
  • Must be able to work either 10AM-7PM, 9AM-6PM and one to two Saturdays per month.
