ARS/Rescue Rooter’s Central Division team is excited to be adding an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to our growing team! This person will be providing administrative and clerical support to all office management, assisting in general office duties, and spearheading special projects as needed. We are looking for a team player with the ability to multi-task while maintaining complex schedules and a dynamic, ever-changing work environment. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
  • Perform data entry and maintain files
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Division and Zone staff
  • Assist in in the preparation of weekly/monthly scheduled reports
  • Complete monthly expense reports while allocating the expenses to the proper department and service center
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
  • Manage and monitor special projects for multiple departments (HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, etc)



Job Requirements


  • 1-3 Years of Administrative experience required
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exception communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and dedications to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Proficiency is MS Office
