ARS Rescue Rooter we are a large, nationwide HVAC company with great employees seeking a super star for our Scheduler/Installation Coordinator Position.

Sacramento, California

$15-17 Hourly DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day scheduling operations, ensure that jobs are ready for installation.
  • Company purchasing duties per the company’s purchasing procedures.
  • Responsible for the creation of department job files, contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, scheduling subcontractors and inspections.
  • Responsible for coordinating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors and the office.
  • Scheduling and coordinating the permit process with our customers and city/county agencies. 
  • Completing install folders according to policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Required Experience/Skills: 

  • 1 Year Dispatch/Scheduler experience is preferred.
  • 1 Year Customer Service experience.
  • Highly organized person is a must.
  • Must have good phone skills.
  • Must have positive attitude.
