Outbound Customer Service Representative- HVAC Service & Installation

Itasca, IL

Evening and weekend availability is a must! 

Schedule: Friday-Tuesday 10am-7pm

Work in a lively call center environment calling on potential customers in the Chicagoland area!

Job Duties:

  • Outbound dialing online “warm” sales leads- 100+ potential customers a day
  • Develop sales leads through answering frequently asked questions, overcoming objections, and building the ARS/Rescue Rooter value
  • Identify opportunities to educate customers on products and services offered at ARS/Rescue Rooter
  • Scheduling appointments for Sales Representatives in 8 states
  • Follow up on qualified leads that come through our Home Depot partnership to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless sales process
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all potential customers

Job Requirements

Required Credentials:

  • 2+ years of inside sales or telesales experience is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong degree of self-motivation and persistence to provide exceptional customer service and “close” scheduled appointments.
  • Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
  • Receptivity to continual coaching and feedback designed to help you succeed.
  • Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.

Preferred Credentials:

  • Service-industry experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
