Provides administrative support to HVAC Management by booking calls, staying in contact with customers, and assisting with dispatch operations as needed.


SCHEDULE: Full-time opportunity, Monday - Friday (Some Saturday Hours)


Tasks you will experience on a daily basis:

  • Outbound dial to contact all hot/warm/cold sales leads received
  • Contact customers prior to all in-home service calls to ensure customers are home prior to time of arrival. 
  • Communicate continually throughout the day with our customers and in-field service technicians with any help or assistance they may need from the branch office. 
  • Assist in dispatch operations as needed.
  • This position will consist of heavy phone volume.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience working in an office setting previously in an administrative role
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to demonstrate organizational and follow-up skills
  • Must be a fast learner, multi-tasker, have good attendance habits and a TEAM ATTITUDE
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screen
