POSITION SUMMARY: Utilizes HVAC knowledge and strong customer service skills to serve customers as an industry leader in customer satisfaction by doing job site inspections at installs to prevent issues and ensure quality of work and also ensuring prompt resolution of reported problems related to quality and/or overall customer experience.


  • Visits job sites to ensure quality work. 
  • Receives incoming telephone call from customers
  • Responds to customer concerns related to damages, quality of service or any other service related issue.
  • Investigates customer complaints by talking with all parties involved and reviewing all information as necessary.
  • Expedites and coordinates with team members and management to resolve problems and customer issues. Coordinates with outside vendors/contractors, if necessary, to schedule appointments associated with resolving issue.
  • Interfaces with customers, building inspectors and project managers to identify service needs and maintain good customer relations.
  • Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure quality customer service.
  • Communicates regularly with technicians to assist in resolving problems. Assists with unexpected needs.
  • Drives to job sites to monitor production and efficiency of technicians and monitor quality control.
  • Instructs crews on proper use of materials and quality workmanship.
  • Checks completed installations for quality and adherence to building code. Coordinates inspections.
  • Ensures that employees have proper tools for the job and that they are properly maintained.

Evaluates staff to determine training requirements. Provides on-the-job training and support to employees.

Job Requirements


  • A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is required
  • 4-6 years of experience in residential HVAC Installation is required.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of general industry standards and local construction codes is required.
  • EPA Certification is preferred
  • Prior experience in Customer Service/Customer Relations is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high standard of work
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
