Are you an Administrative Professional? Welcome to RS Andrews HVAC Tidewater! We are a well-established, HVAC company with lots of growing potential. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to fill our Administrative Assistant position.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative needs for Management team.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer permit applications and inspections
  • Perform basic accounting functions including tracking warranty parts, etc.
  • Answer calls for Customer questions on Inspections & Permits.
  • Assist in coordinating scheduled visits to Customers.
  • Daily communication with customers, city personnel, and internal office staff
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Communicate clearly and ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Good technical skills and ability to learn systems quickly
  • Manage and complete multiple activities while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Ability to change in a fast pace environment. We have very busy seasons.
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ideal candidate will have at least two (1-2) years of previous HVAC experience.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibilities.
  • Process technical and professional competency, demonstrated by work that is timely, accurate, organized, and clearly articulated with attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency with desktop computers and software applications. Intermediate level skill using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Hours are generally 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and overtime work. Flexibility is required. Compensation arranges is $14-$16 per hour and will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
