 Customer Service representative or Dispatcher
 Are you passionate about Customer Care?  Are you a fast learner?   Are you ready to sail to the next level with us?  Then ARS is the company for you.  ARS is hiring full/part time customer care representatives.  Candidates must have a proven record of providing superior customer service in a call center environment. Responsibilities include responding to in-bound telephone inquiries related to HVAC service requests, program offerings, and other duties as assigned. The representative must exhibit independent decision making ability and support call center goals. The candidate must be able to function in a fast paced environment, adapt to change quickly and work in a team orientated environment.  Computer skills are a must.   Most importantly, the candidate must be able to maintain a positive attitude with peers and customers alike while performing duties.   We offer a full benefits package as well as growth potential!

ARS has immediate openings for a Customer Service representative and a Dispatcher positions in our Manassas location. The applicant must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while being self motivated to provide exceptional customer service while interacting with customers by phone.  Must have effective listening and verbal communication skills, proven ability to meet/exceed set goals, and receptive to constant coaching and feedback.
Job Qualifications:


• Answer customer calls in a busy office environment
 
 
 •
Enter customer data in the computer.



Handle all customers in a professional manner.



Provide timely response and feedback to the customer regarding customer questions.



Makes outbound calls to customer to schedule appointments for their maintenance agreement.



HVAC background a plus.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Previous experience in customer service and/or a service line is desired. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must be able to use general office machines and know the geographical territory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
