ARS-Rescue Rooter® is building a team of top notch Sales Representatives in the Dallas, TX area.

We are searching for exceptional individuals to be Sales Representatives for our HVAC and Insulation Departments. This is a great opportunity for ambitious, money-motivated individuals who excel in relationship building and CLOSING sales opportunities.

If you have great inside/outside sales, residential sales, or B2B sales experience this may be the position for you! We provide everything you need to be successful!!
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcoming incoming sales inquiries with genuine interest and appreciation.
  • Relationship selling to build strong bonds with customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance.
  • Meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment.
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years Sales Experience
  • Strong Follow up and Closing Skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Extremely Dependable
  • Self-Starter
  • Capable of delivering superior customer service 

Preferred Credentials

  • Bilingual a plus
  • HVAC experience is a Plus
