Job Requirements

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS (must be able to):

  • Work Saturday - Wednesday; 9 am thru 6 pm
  • Multi-line phone experience a MUST.
  • Call Center Experience a MUST.
  • Accurate data entry/typing and ability to multi-task is highly recommended.
  • Dispatch experience helpful.
  • Receive leads, contact customers to schedule appointments, ensure satisfaction of service quality, and enter customer remarks/concerns.
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned/required.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Observe all safety and Company rules and regulations on the performance of duties.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED,and 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
 

  • Schedule appointments for customers requesting service.
  • Answer customer calls in a busy office environment.
  • Enter customer data in the computer.
  • Handle all customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide timely response and feedback to the customer regarding customer questions.
  • Forward calls, as appropriate, to other members of staff in other departments.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for their maintenance agreement.

 Pre-employment drug testing and background checks required.
